When I go to Create a New Site with MSM (Multiple Site Manager) I get this:

    An Error Was Encountered

Unable to locate the model you have specified: file_upload_preferences_model

Does anyone know how to fix this, and if so, could you provide me with detailed instructions on how to fix it?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Success99,

Can you provide the version of ExpressionEngine and MSM you are seeing this error with?

In the future, we will be able to expedite troubleshooting if you include version numbers and as much context as possible in your initial report.

    Thanks!

    Expression Engine v2.1.3
    MSM v2.1.2

I see there is a update for EE, would running that fix my issue?

I have same problem with same EE 2.1.3 and MSM 2.1.2
Is it possible to ignore the error?
I have tryed update once to 2.3.1, but I was forced to turn back 2.1.3, because there was 7 sites down and any help woudn’t help (this http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/203062/)
Now I have 9 sites running fine and needed to build tenth.

    Success100 and Ossi,

Yes I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of ExpressionEngine and MSM. Please let me know if you continue to experience this problem after upgrading.

MSM has been upgraded to v2.1.2 and EE has been upgraded to v.2.4

But now I get a error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class File_ft in /www/eh15214/public_html/admin/expressionengine/fieldtypes/ft.file.php on line 314

The line number changes for different pages.

On the home page of EE backend there is a Notice that says: version_mismatch

    Success,

Both of your versions of ExpressionEngine and MSM are current so I’m not sure why you would be receiving that error. Could you re-upload the files and see if that fixes the issue.
