    Hi,

We want to update our EE from 2.2.2 to 2.4 but on reviewing the User Guide it says we need to replace our admin.php file with the newer version but our existing EE install has no admin.php file.

We had some issues upgrading from EE 1.x to EE 2.x last summer, and someone at EE tech support had to handle our upgrade for us. Everything worked fine, but being that this will be our first update to a new version on our live site, we are having some concerns about how this is going to work. Not having an admin.php file to “replace” became the first issue and hence my post to this forum.

How should we go about upgrading without this file present?

    Thanks
