I am trying to install the Multiple Site Manager (MSM). I am on Step 2 http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/cp/sites/install.html
I have downloaded the software and unzipped the files onto my computer.
Where do I go to upload these files? Currently I don’t have access to FTP. Is this done thru my site Expression Engine CMS?

I’m sorry you are having some difficulty installing the MultiSite Manager Expansion.
Installation of MSM requires access to the server that is running ExpressionEngine. You either need to be able to FTP into the server, or have direct physical access. There is no method for installing MSM through ExpressionEngine at the moment.
