My client just called me and said they were getting a blank white screen on both the front end and CP for their website: http://resourceexchangeinternational.com/

It was working for them last week, and they came in this morning and was getting the blank screen.

All the permissions seem to be correct on files, and I set debug=1 in the config.php file, but no errors are getting thrown.

Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot?

Were you seeing the problem as well? I’m wondering if it is possibly a problem their side. The site is loading fine at the moment.

Yeah, it’s working for me now. Weird thing was that a flat html file (outside EE) was working fine, but EE wouldn’t work at all. Must have been something weird going on with the server.

I’m glad you are all set now. Sounds as though the server had stopped processing PHP for some reason. Thanks for the assist Andrew.
