Hi

Is it possible to Install Google Analytics from within the Expression Engine interface or does it require access to the server file manager?

Are you the super admin of the website? You should be able to insert the code provided into the appropriate template under the “Design” section.

If not, contact your site admin who will be able to help.

Hi headwest,

Thanks for your question about ExpressionEngine and Google Analytics.

Andrew is correct, you only need to be able to edit the correct template in your Design section of the Control Panel. If you would like some robust integration, you can also look at CP Analytics.
