PHP Errors after editing a channel entry

    I’m getting this error:

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Warning

Message: Please contact support about failure

    Filename: libraries/Functions.php

    Line Number: 656

The page was working fine, but all of a sudden I started getting this error after making a very basic typo text change and re-publishing the entry.

Okay I found something, it seems if the word eval is used in any portion of the channel entry I get the error, e.g., “Evaluation.”

Is there a way to fix this weird problem?

Problem solved. It was with my host. They had a PHP strainer that blocks use of eval for security purposes.
I added this to my root htaccess file to fix it.

    SetEnv PHPRC /usr/local/lib/php-unsafe.ini
