I am trying to upgrade a 1.6.8 installation and am following all of the User Guide steps. I work through the upgrade wizard and after the database queries seem to be complete I briefly see 2.0.0 in the wizard page then the page refreshes to a blank page at the following URL…
http://localhost/domain/admin.php?C=wizard&M=do_update&agree=yes&language=english&ajax_progress=yes
I must be missing something…
BTW, the database does not seem to be updated as I am seeing old table names…

I was able to push up PHP memory to 512M and complete the conversion.
Now I can’t load the site based on a Site Preferences issue. We do not run a MSM install so this one is perplexing. Any thought on this?

Hi Mark,
I hate to hear that the update was an issue for you. Now that you’ve pushed past that, let’s get a handle on the Site Preferences. Are you able to login to the Control Panel at all? Or see anything at all on the front of your site? Can you look in /system/expressionengine/config/config.php and make sure the file is not empty?
