Ok. It’s very good to get all info from all EE users but does Features ever come? I’ve noted that almost all core-functions are today 3rd party add-ons and usually you are outlinked to other sites.
I havent seen anything dropped into core in past 1+ years, only new add-ons.
I read the topic about EE forum Module, and seems that this module is going to be more “support ticket” kinda-forum module than regular forum. That’s kinda sad and i only can hope that someone builds a bridge to make it possible to convert EE forum module into another Forum, hopefully with function to use only 1 account for both, site and forums.
EE is great tool, but what i have read this year, i get a feeling that there is a small group that EL listens, not all. And that’s sad also. It’s driving me out of sending FR’s, or any kind of suggestions cos they end up to be 3rd party add-ons mostly, or nothing comes out at all.
Support here has been great, actually more than great generally. I just wanted to point out that from what i have read, core needs badly more functions/features that now are only 3rd party available.
