I’m trying to find a plugin or third party system that can create a simple annual calendar grid showing which days throughout the year are booked/available. Please see attached visual.

I’ve tried Solspace’s Calendar with no joy. I’ve also considered embedding a Google calendar but don’t think I can recreate the grid look my client is after.

Any ideas?

Reeservation by intoEEtive might do the trick for you.

Note that they have a holiday bundle available which includes Reeservation.

Thanks. I did have a look at this before purchasing Solspace but will now go back and look again in more depth. Have you used Reeservation?

Quick update; haven’t been able to find any third party add-on that will do this simply. Now resorting to bespoke approach within EE.
