Hi Cem Meric,
I see that you’ve updated that bug report which is good. I tried to replicate this in my sandbox install and another site, but couldn’t replicate it.
In the update for the bug report you said this was for a 2.3.1 install. Was this a fresh install or an update from an earlier version?

Yes, it’s a fresh install with no add-ons. It’s weird though I moved the install to a different server and now it’s fine, go figure it out! Thanks anyway.
