New one on me here. Client is using a smaller screen to make changes and add photos. The photo attachment box that pops up goes offscreen and scrollbars don’t work to move things around. Attaching screen shot here.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

This could be a browser bug, I would try viewing in another browser. You can also make sure the browsers are up-to-date as this will fix lots of strange layout bugs.

Hi kellysims,
I’m sorry that your client is experiencing this. So they tell that scrolling to the right and up doesn’t reveal the Upload File button? The only way I had to test this was to constrain my browser window. I was able to scroll to the right and up and reveal the button using that method. Does the client have the option to adjust the resolution on the monitor to make a little more room?

Hi Dan. The client has tried but has some issues that prevent it. I think their IT company is planning to look into that.
I replicated the issue by making my browser smaller. I was able to click the title bar and drag the modal window around a bit and that helped. I’m hoping to find a fix so the client doesn’t have to mess with their computer too much.

Can you get us the browser version and resolution that your client is using? I’d like to try and mimic this as closely as possible. We certainly don’t want users to have to go through extraordinary means to be productive.
