hi.
I have successfully upgraded on my local MAMP copy from 2.1.3 (20101220) to 2.3.1
I am testing before attempting my live site and i have noticed the many of the publish windows are no longer working.
The drop down tags no longer operate and the Add File links are missing from my file fields.

The top navigation bar also does not function.

any ideas

Did you make sure to include the new /themes folder when you upgraded? Can you replace the /themes folder with a fresh copy? Make sure to save any items in /themes/third_party and add those in afterwords. Also, make sure all your add-ons are up-to-date.

I think I have most of it working now, although there seems to be a blank space on some of the publish tabs before any of the fields appear and I am getting a couple of php errors on those channel publish pages.

I will just go through all the theme folders and check third party stuff as well.

Looks like it may just be a case of some folders files not making it in the upgrade.
Also be sure to clear your own browsers cache.
