    Hello!

My business is developing sites, and I always recommend the customer use EE. I’ve been doing other work for a few years, but about to start back developing EE sites. Because I need to buy, or have my customers purchase licenses, I’m wondering if there is a way we can get discounted site licenses or multi-site licenses to sell to our customers or anything similar that would help us out.

    Thanks!

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for your question! And I’m glad to hear that you’re going to be working on EE sites again. We do have volume discounts for licenses purchased on your account. Once you have the license in your account, you can then ask us to transfer the license to your client’s expressionengine.com account. The total number of licenses you’ve purchased with your account (regardless whether they’ve been transferred out or not) will be used to calculate your volume discount.

The other option you have, if you’d like to have your clients purchase EE directly, is to become an Affiliate. That will allow you to send your clients a link to purchase EE, and we’ll send you a cut.

Does that help answer your question?
