This has been driving me crazy for an hour!  I can’t find the configuration, and also can’t find a similar issue here in the forum.

When a new entry is posted, an email is send to ‘[email protected]’.

The problem is that my email address is REALLY ‘[email protected]’!

    I obviously fat-fingered the address somewhere, but I can’t find where….

Looked in CP Home->Email Configuration, and it is correct in both Return email address for auto-generated emails and SMTP Username.  Looked in CP Home->View Members, and my Super Admin email address is correct.  Looked all around CP Home->Email Notification Templates, but found no addresses in there.  Tried looking in files in system/expressionengine/config files, but didn’t find it there either!

ARGGH! Where is it?  Where is the email address for emails sent for new entry notification?

Thanks, I’m sure it is really simple…

    Hiya,

You should be able to find what you need here :

Admin > Channel Administration > Channels > Edit Preferences (Your Channel) > Notification Preferences

    Hope that helps a bit.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

    Hiya,
Admin > Channel Administration > Channels > Edit Preferences (Your Channel) > Notification Preferences

Thanks Mark, that’s what I was looking for.

Glad to see that helped. Closing this thread now, but do feel free to post again when you need more help.
