A neglected server running V2.13 with msm
All sites were working when last I played with it
Now coming back to it all sites and the cp get’s this error
The system/expressionengine/config/config.php appears intact…
How to approach this?

Problem solved 😊 db password had changed

System updated to 2.3.1 without any issue.
