I’ve noticed that when ordering Reverse Related entries by title, entry titles that begin with an uppercase letter are sorted before all entries that begin with a lowercase letter. This is not the case when ordering entries by title.
I’m on EE 2.3.1 build 20111017. I’m not sure if this has always been the case or not, but it is problematic for my current project.

I have replicated this issue and this is not what one would expect. I have filed a bug report on your behalf. I encourage you to comment there in order to follow it’s progress.
