Is it possible to remove the User Guide and EE Wiki links on the control panel front page?

Hi, stevo_s.
Yes, it is. You’ll need to manually edit /system/expressionengine/views/homepage.php around line 138 or so.
NOTE: If you want to keep this change, you’ll need to re-edit the file each release.
