Hi my server is running on 5.0.51a and is perhaps newer than the required 4.1 or higher. I can’t finish the installation now.
Can anybody over me a solution???

Hi Gowan and welcome to the forums 😊
Can you give us more detail on why you can’t finish your installation?
What happens? Do you get a blank page? Do you get an error of sorts?
How far do you get in your installer?
Are you installing locally or on a professional server?
Having a newer MySQL version shouldn’t be an issue in general
Have you run our EE Wizard on your server to make sure it’s compatible?
We will try and get you up and running as soon as possible so be sure to reply with as much info as possible
