Im SO done with MSM. In the first days i thought i can manage more easily my company areas with it but now im done. I want to bring back all 3 sites that are mostly static.

Whats the best and easiest way to bring channel entries back to default site?
Or is there only one way - creating all again to default site - and then copy/paste the entries to it?

    best wishes:
a man with 11 MSM licenses but no more, no more no more =) (want to handle all sections of our company from only one site).

Sounds like you’re goina’ hafta’ put on your DBA hat for that.  Good thing though is that MSM gives every entry, channel, cat, etc. it’s on unique id, so merging your db to one shouldn’t be too bad.

But now that I think about it, most of that stuff has a site_id column.  May be able to maniuplate that into a unique value.

Just shootin’ in the dark here… 😉

oh, DB hassling. Hmm, i need to think this a bit more. Wish there might someday be some kind of a bridge to get site B templates, channels etc. back into site A and so on.

Too much to do - too little time 😊
