Is it smooth, bug-free and easy to setup tempalates etc?

I so hate that EE (Sorry Ellislab) has 2 different member profile themes (default and forum) and im looking something that makes my site users life easier - what im after is basicly to create forms etc. to fit my site layout (without modifying those EE member themes), letting users to have more detailed profile-page and yes - to choose in what usergroup they first want to register.

    Thanks

I really hate too some parts of EE to be more clear, parts that is hard make custom to our special needs.

I buyed for my site and is really great for get stand alone the register form, custom profile fields, etc… the module even install all, the channel, the fields, and a useful template with examples; so with zoo visitor manage members is like manage entries. The only thing that for me I feel a little uncomfortable is the way that have for say in some way two modules making one thing, you know the default members module works with zoovisitor, so sometimes If I do one thing in one I need to be careful of check in other… I dont know how explain but well that is a thing that not just happend with zoo visitor, happend with a lot addons vs native elemets of ee, by example ... file manager vs pixel and tonic assets… but is MHO you can talk with the developer for your personal proposes, but yeah is a really good made add on.
