I am working on a new site and would like to do some added customizations to the mailing list sign up process. The Mailing List Module is installed. The sign-up process works beautifully, but there are three steps in the process which I cannot figure out how customize:
1. After someone puts their email into the sign-up form, they come to a page with generic grey box reading: “Thank you. You have been sent an email confirmation”. I’d like to customize this page.
2. I would then like to customize the message in the automatic email which is sent to users after they sign up for the list, telling them to ‘click a link in order to confirm their email address’.
3. After a user clicks the link to confirm their email address, they are brought back to another page with a similar generic grey box informing them that ‘they were successfully added to the mailing list’. I would like to customize this page as well.
This seems like it should be easy, but I am stumped. Do I need a more robust plug-in to do this? Or am I missing something obvious.
