Session Expiration Notice keeps coming up in CP even though session isn't expired

Hi,

I’m having a minor issue in the Control Panel on my EE site. I’m running 2.3.1, build 20111017. When I log into the control panel, after a few minutes the notification box pops in saying my session is expired and it shows a set of login boxes for me to log in again. But the session isn’t over because if I hit refresh it brings me right back to the control panel like I had just logged in. Everything is functioning properly, it’s just a bit of a nuisance. Do you guys know of an issue that would be causing this to happen?

Hi Brian,

Can you try setting your Control Panel Session Type to Cookies only. That should help
