Hi, stevo_s. You’d have to do this by hand. I don’t know of any add-ons that do this offhand, but you can always check on Devot-ee.com.

In the CP:
Admin > Content Administration > Default HTML Buttons
There’s also a membership setting now that let’s you choose if a specific member group can add/edit HTML buttons themselves.
