I have a custom field that is using the date field type. When I tell it to order the entries by the date field, it doesn’t display them in the correct order based on the date field. I could use some help trying to understand why the entries won’t order by the date correctly. I feel like I can’t be the only person that has had this problem.

nevermind I’m stupid. I swore I triple-checked the syntax for orderby=”” but apparently I was wrong.

This can be closed and deleted to forever hide my shame.
