I was able to reset the layout and the errors are gone. Thanks for your assistance you can close this issue.
How do you reset the layout? I am having the same problem.

See the attached screen shot. You’ll need to make sure your toolbar is visible.

What I do is start to create a new entry, so that way you don’t need to worry about it.. it’s the layout that should be removed, not an individual entry.
