I am not a heavy-duty user/developer when it comes to expression engine so please forgive me if I ask for something entirely stupid.
My current website runs on 1.6.8 and has a channel which holds my Blog. I have redesigned and coded my site and would like to relaunch it soon. The new site runs on 2.2.2. How can I get my entries from the old Blog to the new one? Is it a simple MySQL dump? I did not really see which tables I would need to grab.
Which is the best and cleanest way to move forward? Channels and templates have the same naming structure so the URLs won’t break.
