I need to create chatting system like in facebook, but i cant found any plug-in use to create this features.
Can you guide me to a direction? is it I need to buy a server program for this?

This is not native functionality of EE. I did a quick search on Google and found this

Glad it helped. I think there may be a few others as I have issued Dev Copies of EE to at least one other company since you originally posted.
