Hi,

I’m having an issue where I can’t save an entry when the discussion forum is installed.

I’m on:
EE 2.2.2 Build 20110801
Discussion Forum 3.1.5

When you push submit it just reloads the edit form.
It took a while to find the reason - which is the Forum topic Id has automatically filled itself in with a 0, which then has the error - Invalid Topic ID.
When I remove the 0 I can then save the entry - but it’s not possible to tell my clients that they just need to delete the 0 each time they want to save.

My edit page also seems to be missing some input fields.

I’ve attached an image to show what it looks like.

I’ve updated everything on the site, and removed Structure incase that was causing the issue- but the issue remains.

When I uninstall the discussion module the problem goes away, when I reinstall it comes back.

What’s the next step?
