I have been given a website which has been fully redesigned except for the SSL login and members area. I don’t see any pages at all dealing with logins or members in EE. The link that they used was a absolute url to a page on their server using SSL. In my copy of the site I can see their “members” directory with a index.php file inside. However, with what I have I can’t even tell if they created the login page and members pages using EE.

In the “members” directory I do see a user guide for CodeIgniter and an “application” directory.

Could someone point me in the right direction for how to hook all of this back up?

Unfortunately this is a really vague question. You should probably start by reading about the main EE Member module.

I’d also recommend looking into the Solspace User module or the Zoo Visitor module if you are doing anything more with membership on your EE website.
