Hello, suddenly our 1.7.0 EE is repeating these errors in the control panel:

Notice: Undefined index: pubdate in /www/zzz00/public_html/eesys/cp/cp.home.php on line 1212

Notice: strtotime(): Called with empty time parameter in /www/zzz00/public_html/eesys/cp/cp.home.php on line 1212

[zzz00 = Engine Hosting customer ID]

Never seen these before. We haven’t tinkered with cp.home.php or any internal EE code. Didn’t see these errors yesterday.

The public-facing site is still up, but we’re concerned.

OK, I see that others have experienced this and it may be related to those scintillating newsfeed posts emanating from EllisLab. I will wait to see wha’ppen.

    Hi g0t035,

If you head to your system > expressionengine > cache > magpie_cache folder and clear out the contents in there then hopefully the errors should go away for you.

Let us know if that works for you please.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi g0t035,

Excellent news. Glad that got you sorted.

If anything else crops up then please don’t hesitate to post again as needed.

    Cheers,

    Mark
