This question may be related to a resolved thread.
In the above post it described how to give File Manager access to a newly created group. However, the answer was provided in screenshots and there was no information about how to access the screenshot showing the File Manager access permissions. Where can I find that area? I have looked everywhere in the Members menu but do not see that area?
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I found the answer. After setting the Control Panel access and Content: File Manager access to ‘Yes’ for the Member Group and saving, then you need to goto Admin > Content Admin > File Upload Prefs and select a specific File Upload area. In that area you can select the Member Groups that are allowed to upload to that specific area. The implication is that this means that EACH file upload area has its own member group permissions that need to be modified for access.
