    Hi siffring,

When you bring up those templates, /forums/account/profile etc. Do you see the tags output as plain-text or nothing at all? Are non-third-party EE tags parsed as usual?

    Cheers,

    Hi Dan

3rd party tags don’t output anything at all (whitespace). Native tags seem to work fine but I’m only using simple ones like embed and current time.

    Hi siffring,

As above with the 3rd party add-ons I tested in this situation they all worked fine. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the add-ons you are trying to use here so can’t say on their behalf but I would definitely say that at this stage you would need to contact the authors of those add-ons in order to find out if there is some reason why they’re not working.

All ExpressionEngine tags should work fine and any add-ons I tried do indeed work fine but it may just be there is something in the way the add-ons you are trying to use are coded which is stopping them from working here in this instance.

I’m going to move this over to the Community Help forums incase anyone has ever used the add-ons you mention in conjunction with the forum templates but I’m afraid as ExpressionEngine is doing what it should be doing here and we can’t support 3rd party add-ons anyway I would have to at this point ask you to contact the add-on author for support here.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Mark,

Can you confirm that the CE Gravatar add-on you used worked on the /forums/[your member keyword]/profile page of your forum?

    Hi siffring,

Yes that add-on worked fine for me when I placed it into the themes > forum_themes > default > forum_member > full_profile.html template.
