Hello

I’m a designer that’s currently working on a website project for a recruitment agency.

I wanted to know if Expression Engine has any features / ability to allow for the building of a job alerts system whereby subscribers to a website can receive regular updates featuring jobs of interest etc.

ExpressionEngine doesn’t offer a way to send notification to a large number of people when new posts are made. EE does offer a built in Mailing List module and there is a third-party add-on that can integrate with CampaignMonitor that you might find useful. ExpressionEngine does offer RSS/ATOM feed generation, and users could subscribe to those feeds and get notified when new posts are made to the feeds they have followed? Do you have any other questions? I’d be happy to answer those as well.
