    Valerie,

    Did they not receive the test emails I sent? They cam through to my email account. I added myself as a recipient while testing. Are they checking their spam filter? Are you seeing the ExpressionEngine success message followed my your “thank you” page?

    You can add yourself as a test recipient to the recipients parameter:

    Note the comma and lack of a space between addresses.

    No, emails are STILL NOT going thru from the website forms.

    I added my email address as you suggested and they STILL have NOT come thru.

    Please login and provide other possible issues… does the email config need to be set on SMTP?

    Dan,

    I’ve added my email addresses to test the forms. I don’t understand why the emails do not come thru to my email - but are coming thru to yours when you test. Please advise.

    We have gotten nowhere with EE tech support on this issue.

    We need to speak with a live tech support person so we can remedy this ASAP. We would like to work with someone in-person - not email.

    Also - another issue… Re: Tools > Communicate… when we send an email, we get a “Internet Explorere cannot display page” Please advise.

    It looks like you have been working privately with Robin on fixing this issue and it looks like it is proceeding.  We’ll update this thread when we’ve figured out the issue as well.
