The problem is that the following default EE field types do not update when an editor changes a page: Text Input, Textarea, drop-down list, date field. nGen File Field also does not change but may be a separate but similar issue. Other fields set by the Field Type plugin are updated (such as WYGWAM).

Has anyone come across this before? Is there a setting I’m missing?
