I am trying to use the the Utilities > Member Import Utility to import a .txt file of member data, however, I get getting the following error:

INVALID PATH! File does not exist: ../customers.txt

I have tried several different path options and none of them work correctly.

    The instructions say:

The location of the file must be relative to your site’s control panel folder. e.g.: ../customers.txt, if placed at the site root.

So I placed the file in the root directory.

Any suggestions on what I am missing here?

    Thanks.

I found the answer. For some reason no path is necessary at all. I entered the name of the file with not relative path information and the problem was solved.

    Case closed.
