I’m trying to make a sercure HTTPS checkout page.  All links have to be HTTPS in order for the page to be “truly” secure.  I am looking at my page and the only link that is not https is the simple search form in my header, which has an action that is “http:”  I’m not sure if thats what causing my page to not be completly HTTPS but its the only link I can see in firebug that contains a non https link.  Can someone shed some light on how to make this https or if maybe I’m mistaken and there is something else going on?

    sleven1868,

Unless somebody submits that form then the action will have no bearing on the page being completely https I believe. Have you got a link to the page in question?

A lot of the time I comment out certain nav elements like search on the checkout page as not to distract the buyer from that extra little step

This thread is more appropriate for the Community Help forum so moving there.

If you go to http://test.greenbydesign.com and place something in the cart and check out as a guest.  the checkout2 page is the secure checkout page.
