This question may be related to a resolved thread.

I just upgraded to EE 2.2, but now I’m getting a timezone warning that my timezone is not set. I went and set this in the php.ini file, and it fixed the majority of the warnings, but now when the CP tries to access some Javascript files (like /system/index.php?S=0&D=cp&C=javascript&M=load&file=css&theme=default&v=1311084183)  it places this error before the javascript file

which prevents the javascript from running. Any thoughts?

    Hi, blendimc.

What did you put in your php.ini file? Is it a local php.ini file? What does your webhost have to say? Can they assist you with this?

    jdevin,

You’re seeing these errors as a result of PHP not being able to successfully determine your server’s timezone setting. You will need to contact your hosting provider and make sure they have the correct timezone set for your server. If they are unable to help you, there may be some php.ini directives we can point you at that can override/fix the issue.

Let us know how you get on
