Hi,
I upgraded to 2.21 and all seemed well ...for a while.
That is until I tried to add new custom fields. I get the same error no matter if it is in a channel that existed prior to upgrade or a new channel that I try to add custom fields too.
I would appreciate any advice I could get. (Screen captures attached)

Hi, davib,
Did you make sure to update any third-party add-ons, specifically custom fieldtypes? Perhaps something like Matrix?

Thanks for that, you were spot on! Matrix I had installed but hadn’t used so didn’t think it would cause the issue. But it did!
Once uninstalled the problem went away
