We’ve just launched this new site for Motor Works, an auto repair shop in Dekalb, IL http://motorw.com. If you’re a classic car fan, you’ve got to check out his classic car section… dude has photos of a 1950s Hudson Hornet!

By the way, auto shop owners are some of the sharpest business people I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve picked up several auto repair industry clients over the last 9 months… they’re very in tune to their businesses and are willing to spend money if you can show them a return on their investment. The businesses we’ve worked with have been great to work with and just plain good people. Excellent clients!

    Congrats on the launch!

The site has a simple / down to earth look and feel.  I found the site easy to navigate and find what I needed.  I really like the Schedule an Appointment plugin you added in there, definitely a necessity for people who what no fuss and just need to get their car in the shop asap.

I would recommend that the address that you have under the Motor Works logo in the left side of the header be actual html rather than part of the image.

Overall nice job, even for small companies a lot of work can go into their site.

I’m looking forward to announcing my current clients website I’m building with EE (first EE build for me), should be up sometime in August.  On a side note, I see you use liquid hosting for your portfolio site.. I’m using a shared hosting plan from them for my clients site and its working out well so far.

    Keep up the good work.

Wow, that was pretty good. I love the design! I wish I could design like that. Well done.

Wow, your site is great. It’s simple to navigate, easy on the eye and just overall informative and easy to use. I’m working for the first time with EE and hope to one day be able to build a site as nice as yours. Do you have any suggestions for making my site East Bay Area Hauling more streamlined and easy to use like yours?
