I’m using the SAEF and one of my custom fields is a Playa Multi-Relation field. That field does not appear on the web page where my SAEF is.
Does anyone know if Playa fields work with SAEFs and, if so, how?

Yes I believe it does work with SC yes.
What version and build of EE are you using?
SC adds it’s own jQuery to the page so make sure if you already link to it in your page header that you use the include_jquery=“no” parameter
Make sure you have the latest EE and Playa versions
What have you got in your template so far?
