I was able to clear my plate and am now ready to get going with EE. I have an existing site that I want to migrate to EE and am trying to figure out the best way to do it is to register a throwaway domain and try to rebuild the site using EE.

Can anyone recommend some good and affordable hosting companies that support EE? I read a few posts that said GoDaddy is a nightmare, which is the one I use for my existing sites and haven’t really had a problem, but I’d rather move if it means avoiding hassles.

GoDaddy has improved quite a bit in the past few years. However, I’d seriously consider using EngineHosting for any of your EE hosting needs. (Biased, I’ll admit.)

This is beyond the scope of Technical support - more of a General question. Moving there.

Thanks Sue, I was wondering where this question went. Glad I searched the entire forum. 😊
