No matter what I enable when I create a new user, the photo upload manager doesn’t have full functionality.

Everything works fine when logged in as the original SuperAdmin. When I log in as a user I have created, all of the options are missing in the file manager upload window.

    Please see attached screen caps.

This is a new install of 2.2 - All is runningfine.

    Jacobmiso,

They do not look like screenshots of EE2.2 but of EE2.1.3

Did you download the Fruit theme recently too?

If you switch to the Default theme does it look more like attached?

    Hi, Jacob.

Each time you make a new file upload area, you need to allow each member group to post to it. It’s not automatic. Might that be what the problem is?

    Hi Sue

I’m just using the default “about” directory that is set up with the able records theme install. So I haven’t created any new upload areas/

I guess I just need to know where/how to enable member groups to post to it
    ?

    Thanks very much Sue

I thought you were kidding when I see the swf extension.😊

Nice tutorial. I found the setting although it was under admin / content admin.
I assumed I had the latest build since I just did it. I’ll have a look at updating later.

As expected it was a one minute fix. Everything works.

    Have a great weekend.

Nope, you were using 2.1.3 probably.

Glad the video helped, I’ll be doing more of them. Have a good weekend yourself.
