When I ran the system installer (pointed to admin.php), I got a fatal error message about a file in the codeigniter directory. When I went back to the control panel, it gave me a message saying that the upgrade was successful and that I needed to delete the installer directory. I did that, and everything works fine, but I wasn’t sure if I’m in for any problems later on because the upgrade didn’t go completely smoothly. Is there a way to check this?

What does your control panel footer say about the version installed?
It should say: v2.2.1 - Build: date 20110630

It now says v2.2.1 - Build: date 20110630. Not sure if everything installed completely and smoothly, though.

Since this is the same issue as the other thread, I’ll close this one out and we’ll continue over in the existing thread. No need to have duplicates for the same issue!
