Is this right - i cannot change my password from the control panel?
Login - so existing password works. Side column, i click My Account, username and password, enter twice the new password, and a single time the old one - and i get an error saying “password subbmitted is not correct”?
Assuming this is a EE2.2 bug - are we having to wait 8 weeks for the next release for this to be fixed?
Note this was a 2.1.3 upgrade to 2.2.0 - and i did use the un-numbered hotfix for this update…

Update - This is not an issue for superadmins - i created a new member group “admins” based on superadmins and then and only then does the “enter old password” box appear and become part of the password change routine.
This is when it dies with the above mentioned error.
I have tested on a fresh EE2.2 sandbox install as well and the error is exactly the same.
sigh!

This is a known bug that is fixed in EE 2.2.1, which went up only a few moments ago. Upgrade and let us know if we can help out any more!

i see the update has been issued to fix it, i guess i’ll do the third update for the week!!!
