    Hi,

in the filemanager under “file upload preferences” I created an upload-destination; under “image manipulations” i have a setting to automatically generate a smaller image (e.g. 200px width).

Now how can I insert this image into a entry-field? When I open the filemanager I only can access the directories which i have created in the filemanager - but not the subdirectories, where the filemanager throws the small images.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi, leherfreund.

What I’d do is create a new file upload directory based on the smaller image folder. You’ll need to make sure your content developers knows to use that *just* to pick smaller images to display. We’re working on making this functionality better, but it will work for now.

    Does that help?

    Sue,

that’s a smart solution 😊 - but I’m sure it will work absolutely satisfying. I will give it a try.

Thanks for helping me with this one!!

Danke! There will be other options down the line, but glad this workflow will work for you. Just don’t sync that folder. 😉 If anything else comes up, please do let us know in a new thread..
