    Hi,

I’m attempting to upload a 3.5mb pdf through the file manager without success. Earlier I uploaded one that was 288k, however pdfs over 1mb result with an error message that says: “The uploaded file exceeds the maximum allowed size in your PHP configuration file.”

I contacted my host and they bumped my limit up to 32mb, however now I just get what seems to be and endless cycle of the file manager displaying “Loading…” It’s been about 5 minutes now.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so how did you solve it?

    Thanks.

    Hi, cscott.

By any chance are you attempting to upload a file as a non-SuperAdmin?

You may need to turn off XSS Sanitizing.

Ahhhhh yes, XSS Sanitizing. It was one of the first troubleshooting tips I learned and it figures it’s also the first one I forgot. Thank you!
