Hey folks, I upgraded to EE 2.2 and when going to the new file manager, and selecting “Show files as thumbnails” in the bottom left hand corner, they are set to blank. See screenshot. The images that arn’t showing are 2 I’ve uploaded via ftp and set to synchronize image directories.

Is there anything I could have done wrong in the upgrade process or is this a known bug? I have set all the relevant file permissions by the way.

You may have to run the file sync before those will show up.

Hm… the thumbs in your screenshot don’t look right either (file names are missing).

Before you run the snyc, you might also check to make sure:

1. File module shows as installed (Add-Ons area) ... if you are upgrading from a beta, it may not (even though parts of it may be working).

2. Double check the server path and URL to the file directory.

Heh- annoying.  It looks like that’s probably the default Agile upload folder?  If so… are you sure you ran a sync on it?  We actually put the images in so that you don’t have to- but we put the thumbnails in uploads/_thumb, while the filbrowser is looking for them in uploads/_thumbs - note the ‘s’ on the end.

Try either resyncing the Agile upload folder or just go to themes/site_themes/agile_records/images/uploads and change the _thumb folder to _thumbs - that do the trick?  And make sense?  😉
