This may not be the right forum for this question but I couldn’t see a more appropriate one. My company as a EE licence as our website is build with it. At the moment we only have 1 user we can log in with. A few of us will be maintaining the site and it would be great to have separate log ins so we can keep track of our support questions, etc. How can we do this?
    Thanks

    RDF Group,

Anybody in your company can register and account and login and they are free to subscribe to threads that you create under the account the licence is attached to.

If this is still not enough then feel free to send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to see if its possible to allow your other employees to post in Technical Support forums

To save time get them to actually register their accounts first so you have usernames as a reference for your email to sales

Ive created a new account called JamesBrighton but I was unable to post in this thread with it.

Do I need to associate the user with my licence? How do I do this?
    Thanks

Hi, RDF Group. Send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) - and say you want to give JamesBrighton a Support Credit.

    Does that help?
