Hi, I have a problem with the file manager is not working in the area to edit and create a new entry. The whole layout is mangled, as if the css was not loaded. Therefore, the features of the mechanism are gone.
Using firebug I noticed that the url “system/index.php?S=20fed55ebc1023ad6de6c8ead7b0b0ed0421e276&D=cp&C=css&M=file_browser” throws Error 503 Service Unavailable.
I wonder what I can do to fix this error, please expect answers soon.

Hi, Shankar_Nakai.
Is it just the file manager that is not displaying correctly? Do other parts of the control panel also appear to lack CSS?
Can you tell us which version/build of EE2.x you’re using? See EEWiki:// HowTo Determine My EE Version
Are you using mod_security at all? I found an older thread that said:
This could be the result of an overzealous mod_security setting.
